Terry Ryan is our dedicated REGISTERED VETERINARY TECHNICIAN and also doubles as our OFFICE MANAGER. She has been working in the veterinary field for more than 15 years. In her previous career she was an executive secretary and junior financial analyst for Boeing, so she is well adept at the organization and multi-tasking her job entails. She earned her technician’s degree from Mount San Antonio College in Walnut, California in 2000. Terry’s favorite part of the day is interacting with clients and helping them with their beloved pets. When she is not working, she enjoys gardening, biking, & travel. Terry shares her home with her two cats named Romeo and Daisy. |

Ardell McNay is a highly skilled VETERINARY TECHNICIAN who has been with us for over 7 years. She has been working in the veterinary field since 1998 and loves working with cute animals of all kinds while getting to know the patients and clients. Ardell also loves the fact that we offer a mix of eastern and western medicine. She has 2 Staffordshire Bull Terriers named Maiden and Pom-Pom. She also has 3 cats: Armani, a tabby, Sable, a Himalayan mix, and Dexter, another tabby who is the baby. |

Jennifer Graham is our GROOMER. North Tustin Veterinary Clinic was able to acquire her services a little over 7 years ago and both staff and clients have had a great working relationship with her during that time. About 14 years ago, while in the Regional Occupational Program, she completed the Animal Care Program I and II so she would gain the skills needed to work in the veterinary field. Jenny has lived in the Orange County all her life and has loved animals since she was a child. She also loves camping, the outdoors and has a Maltipoo named Hank, a turtle named Tink, a Pacman frog and a tarantula. |

Julie Pantoja is our LEAD VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST. She has been working for us for over 6 years. Julie has always had a love for animals that has only grown from working in a veterinary hospital. She loves working in an environment where she sees firsthand how much clients do for their pets, how they are treated as part of the family, and takes pride in working for such amazing doctors. Prior to working at our clinic, Julie attended Santa Ana College. Julie has two English cocker spaniels named Benny and Jade and a white and grey domestic short hair cat named Smokey. Her pets are part of her family which she hopes to continue and grow one day. |
